Adding Trade-Ins to Iconic Orders via RQ

STEP 1
Open the customer’s profile in RQ and click the Sales Order button

STEP 2
Use the product search to add the iPhone 6 SKU to the Sales Order cart. Once added, click Next

STEP 3
If you require any deposit, you can enter this here. Either way, click Save

STEP 4
When the device arrives in the store and the customer comes in, go back to the customer’s profile. Right-click on the Sales Order and select Update

STEP 5
You will be brought to the same sales order cart screen where you added the product SKU. Click Next

STEP 6
You will be brought to the payment screen again. This time, instead of clicking Save, click Invoice

STEP 7
You will be brought to the regular sales Shopping Cart. The device SKU added in the Sales Order will be added here, and you will likely go through the Phone Activation Wizard to select activation type, term, etc.

Once done, the SKU(s) will be in the cart, and you will be able to click the Phobio logo to start the trade-in which will apply to the final sale.
